The technician that came out to do the assessment and the quote for work required was friendly and he did not try to get more work than was required. He even corrected a window in about 30 seconds. Once the parts were ordered for the other window that was broken, the new technician came out and repaired the window. He also made sure that the entire window operated smoothly.
